We're a yoga practice dedicated to children and teenagers from the age of 2 - 18.

Children's yoga is not just about a few poses and stretches!
Yoga teaches us to look after our bodies and our minds. It can help your child:

  • energise
  • reduce stress
  • meet new friends

Most importantly, yoga is about having fun!

We aim to guide each child - whatever their age - through the evolution of their own yoga practice in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, helping them develop the physical and emotional tools to find balance in everyday life that they can take with them into adulthood.
